Within Australia I offer free tracked Economy shipping with Australia Post. Expedited shipping can be arranged with the purchaser covering the cost.

International Orders will be shipped via Australia Post & I will advise the cost when the purchase enquiry is made.  Customs fees & import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Unfortunately, I am not able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at this time due to GPSR restrictions. Ditto the USA - tba - I hope to change this policy once shipping to the USA under the new tariffs is sorted.

Return Policy - Wearables - KATZNELSON COLLECTION

Returns are accepted if I am notified within 7 days of your receiving the item that you wish to return it. Do not return the piece without contacting me first.

Please contact me via email: miriamjohnsonstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it.

The woven piece should be returned in the condition in which it was received – unworn – without the smell of perfume or anything else; neatly rolled and in its travel pouch.

Returns are at the purchaser’s cost.

Your refund will be made via the payment method.

You will be refunded when I’ve received & inspected the item & you will be notified when the refund has been made.

Return Policy - Commissioned Works - Wearables & Art

I do not accept any refunds or exchanges, including refunds on deposit payments, for commissioned work.  All commissioned sales are final, as per the terms of the Commissions Contract that is mutually agreed before any work begins on the Commission.
